Vitamin E (tocopherol) helps prevent yellow nails and boost circulation. It is found in leafy green vegetables, vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, and dairy products.

I wouldn’t recommend eating too much dairy because our body cannot digest it. Even the cows whose milk we tend to drink can’t digest it, that’s why it has four stomachs!

Vegetable oil is good, but the best oil to have is olive oil. Olive oil can be cooked with, found in soap, cosmetics, is used for fuel for traditional lamps, and be applied to the skin instead of cream. It helps your skin to glow (depending how much you out on) and is very healthy, especially for your bones, and aids in fighting cancer.
